In light of the recent announcement from France with regards to their renewed national confinement, all trips departing prior to 18th December are being postponed or cancelled. Trips departing on or after 18th December are, for the moment, going ahead with revised payment deadlines. This will give those affected as much time as possible to decide whether to travel or not. It is important to note that the advice from government is ever changing. Our first holidays are not until December, and we anticipate that the travel advice from government will change over the coming months.

What happens if I want to cancel my holiday now?

With our new flexible booking terms you are able to cancel free of charge up until your balance due date. Please bear in mind that a lot can change between now and when you travel, so unless you urgently need your deposit back, it makes sense to keep your place confirmed and cancel at a later date. As long as you cancel before your balance due date you will get a full refund.

At what point will I be able to cancel my holiday and receive a refund?

With our new flexible booking terms you are able to cancel free of charge up until your balance due date.

At what point will NUCO cancel my holiday?

You can rest assured that we are keeping a very close eye on all government advice, both in the UK and in all our destination countries. If, as we approach your departure date, it seems unlikely that we will be able to provide you with the package you have booked:

  • We will look if there are any alternative suitable destinations
  • We will look if there are any alternative suitable travel dates
  • If neither an alternative destination or travel dates are suitable, you will have the option to cancel your holiday and arrange for a refund.

How quickly will I receive a refund?

We will process all refunds within 14 days of cancellation date.
